Thumper

Awhile back, Xander told Scott that he wanted a train named Thumper.  There is no train named Thumper in the Thomas series, so Scott promised Xander that he would build one for him.  While the boys and I were in Little Rock, Scott built Thumper.  Xander was so excited to come home and be able to paint Thumper.

Today we went to the zoo!  Grandma and Grandpa Rock gave us season passes for the boys birthday.  We went with Amber and the girls.

Third time is a charm! Birthday Party Number Three!

We went to Little Rock to celebrate Xander and Xavier's birthdays with family there.  It worked out that we were able to also watch Audrey that weekend!  On Saturday, we took the kids to the new Splash Park over by the zoo.  They had a great time...well everyone but Xavier who got hit by the water in the face a couple times.

The boys have had a great birthday month!  We have been blessed with wonderful family!  Happy Birthday boys!  Mommy and Daddy love you!  We can't wait to see how much you grow this next year!

Xavier turns 1!!!

How can it be???  My baby is ONE!  Yes, Xavier turned one year old today.  His birthday didn't have nearly as much fun in it as Xander's did just one week ago.  We started his day off by taking both boys for their well child check ups.  For the record Xavier weighs 21.9 lbs (with clothes and diaper) and is 29 inches long.  He is in the 30-35%.  Xander (at 3 years old) weighs 30 lbs and is 36.5 inches tall.  Xander is in the 25-30% range.
After the doctor appointment we ran a few errands and then home to get ready for the big birthday party!
I talked to Kristi and she came over and decorated the birthday cake and cupcakes for me.  I did do the writing on the cake though.
We had Nanny, Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt Stephanie and Phoebe and us at the party.  We did hotdogs in the firepit and birthday cake and ice cream!  After eating we went back inside and opened presents!
