Happy 3rd Birthday, Xander!

Today is Xander's 3rd birthday!  I can't believe that he is 3 years old already!
Xander woke up bright and early (like usual) and so did Xavier so we got our day started EARLY!  Xander wanted to go swimming so we got everything ready and we went to grandma and grandpa's pool.  Yes we were there at 7:30 in the morning.  Scott got right in and I got Xavier in the pool with Scott while I got in.  The water wasn't too bad.  Xander took awhile to get into the pool, but once he did there was no stopping him!  Xander loved seeing frogs in the pool and played with them alot.

Scott trying to convince Xander that a tree frog doesn't want to be in the pool.

After swimming we went into Grandma's and ate a popsicle, watched Sprout and played outside.  After awhile we came home and got daddy (he had come to work in the yard for a little while) and went to town.  Xander got a blueberry snowcone and really enjoyed it!

Xander picked a green pepper and was eating it...nothing like FRESH from the garden!

Xander's "ears", he started this yesterday.  He is funny!

After nap we got ready for the big birthday party!  Grandma and Grandpa came, along with Nanny, Aunt Stephanie and Phoebe.  Xander requested and picked out strawberry cake and white frosting.  I made him his own cake and then made cupcakes for everyone else.  I also made vanilla ice cream for the party too.

I told him this was HIS cake he could do what he       wanted with it.

After cake and presents we sat and talked around the fire pit.
Mama and her big 3 year old!

Xander wanted to camp out with daddy so Scott set up the little tent in the yard and they spent the night in the tent.

What a wonderful day!  Happy Birthday, Xander!  Mama, Daddy and Xavier love you so much!
(if I can get the videos to upload I will update this!)

  1. Nice! It is actually a very nice event space NYC for celebrating a birthday party. I am also looking for a place like this that also has a pool and some water activities. A pool party is always fun. It was wonderful going through this blog.
